2008 started out a little slow due to the cold weather and 50+ inches of snow in April but as the snow melted and the grass became greener, our sales picked up. Through out the summer we were all busy listing, showing and selling property along with the excitement of Cedar Point Realty purchasing Coldwell Banker 1st Minnesota. With the combined resources and knowledge of Cedar Point Realty and the national Franchise name, Coldwell Banker's performance speaks for it's self. As Coldwell Banker-Cedar Point Realty closed out the 2008 year, we were on top, once again with over $55,000,000 in closed transactions combined with our Walker and Hackensack offices.

We are extremely excited about the 2009 season because of the current buyer and seller activity.
